Way door for special tasks are primarily an excellent solution for food shops and supermarkets, where they perfectly separate storage space from the sales floor. They are also suitable for – among others – any kind of restaurant kitchens, food production plants (meat, fish, poultry, dairy, bakery and confectionery, processing of fruits and vegetables – everywhere where the highest level of usage security and division facilities are required together with easy access.
Standard PD way door leaf is 40 millimetres thick and is made from dyed polyester laminate reinforced with fibreglass. This material is resistant to moisture, steam, hitting and aggressive treatment. It is mounted on anodized aluminium profiles and filled with polyurethane foam of high density. We also provide acid resistant stainless steel door on request. The door leaf surface is smooth, and free from cavities and elements enabling dust accumulation, which makes it extremely easy to keep clean.
Self-supporting frame of the way door is made of anodized aluminium profiles which simplifies the installation and reduces the time required to the minimum.
The way door of our production is the safest product of its kind. We obtained this using:
- maintenance-free hinges of an unique design with stop function at the 90° opening,
- window that enables observation of the space behind the door,
- system of seals at the edges of the leafs to prevent fingers from trapping.
Way door can be fitted with a system of polyethylene fenders and panels of polycarbonate or stainless steel.
